What You Need:
SureFire X300U-A weapon light
VP Armory Precision Fit Rails
Standard screwdriver or Allen key (depending on your light’s hardware)
Steps:
Remove the Factory Rail:
Detach your X300U-A from your pistol.
Remove the two screws securing the factory rail insert.
Slide the factory plastic rail insert out of the light body.
Install the VP Armory Precision Fit Rails:
Position the new Precision Fit Rails in place of the factory rails.
Align screw holes and reinstall the original screws (do not overtighten).
Mount to Firearm:
Slide the X300U-A (with the new rail installed) onto your pistol’s accessory rail until it clicks into place.
Verify fitment—there should be no wobble or play.
Test for Retention:
Holster/unholster your firearm to ensure smooth fit and no movement.
Check that the light functions normally and is securely mounted.
