PBL Title: Digital Library System - Libratech
This project is developed by taking inspiration from the existing Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS), which is currently used in the library environment. While SLiMS provides comprehensive features for managing library operations, its increasing complexity has made it less intuitive for some users. Therefore, this project extracts the core functionalities from SLiMS and redesigns them into a simpler and more focused system.
The developed system emphasizes essential features such as managing book data, member data, and borrowing–return transactions. Built using Laravel and Tailwind CSS, it offers a more modern, user-friendly interface with supporting features like authentication, search, and filtering. This approach aims to maintain the main benefits of SLiMS while improving usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
