How To: Reheat Tortillas
Reheating tortillas sounds simple, but if you’ve ever had the bottom fall out of your taco, chances are your reheating method lacks a crucial element: hydration. We like to brush a bit of water on either side of a tortilla before warming on a preheated pan, or wrap a stack of tortillas in a wet paper towel for a quick flash in the microwave (thanks to our friend @rickbayless for the foolproof tip). Don’t forget to toss them in a tortilla warmer for a final steam. Dry, crumbly tortillas begone! What’s your go-to method?
