GAGE Shout Out Game
Watch as Al teaches the gymnasts a GAGE Uneven Bar Secret, how to think quickly on your hands! He teaches them the shout out game and gives examples of how the game should be played. This training is for experienced level gymnasts! Always make sure progressions, proper matting and athlete readiness is properly assessed before attempting any new or complexed skill work.
