⚠️ ATTENTION: Real fall at speeds of 30+ km/h!
A short mountain descent, speeds of over 30 km/h, the steering wheel is shaking. I hit rocks, instinctively squeeze the front brake, and fly over the handlebars. At the end, there's a moment of falling while decelerating.
💥 What was damaged: the liver (surgery and recovery in the following videos)
Errors:
Forward displacement of the body
Nose braking on uneven surfaces
Lack of front unloading
Incorrect trajectory
✅ Conclusion: When riding on rocks, keep your weight back, keep your eyes forward, and use the rear brake spacing carefully. Apply the front brake only gently on straight sections. The helmet saved my head.
