When I was wondering what to use to fill the joints between paving slabs, something inexpensive, something that wouldn't wash out quickly, and something that would also allow moisture to pass through for vibro-pressed paving slabs, I came up with a solution: a modified mixture of sand and cement. This mixture doesn't stain colored paving slabs, even though it contains cement. To learn how, watch the video; the most important information about this mixture is at the end.
