Registry Editor
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows
Create - Key and name it "System"
Create - DWORD (32-bit) Value named "DisableCMD" and open it. Change the value to "1".
Local Group Policy Editor
User Configuration - Administrative Templates - System.
In the right pane, open the "Prevent use of command prompt" setting and double-click it. Set it to "Enabled" and then to "Yes" at the bottom.
