Automated Sampling QC check of a production line for sport balls:
1. Many QC testing for mass batch production are usually performed by sampling and done by hand.
2. This is prone to human error and delay where production errors are discovered too late resulting in wastage and need for production re-run.
3. By automating testing and integrating it into the production process, the testing result can be feed back into the production line so that machines can self-correct themselves for minor errors and halt the run entirely and immediately when major errors have been discovered
