What's the best skills, the highest damage, the fastest clear speed this league? Which skills will be left in the meta and what will get nerfed by Chris Wilson's mighty hammer next expansion? I try to predict 5 nerfs coming in with the 3.15 league update.
On my list are again Bladefall Blade Blast, Self-Chill builds, Vaal Ground Slam, Elementalist Golem buffs and the Essence enabled skill Fireburst.
