After the collapse of the San José mine, 33 miners remained trapped 700 meters underground in the Atacama Desert of northern Chile for 70 days. On the 17th day, it was confirmed that all were alive, having survived extremely high temperatures and humidity with meager rations, while receiving support from their families and the entire country. In this documentary, the miners will recount in their own words how they and their families experienced those harrowing days, while rescue operations were underway outside.
