Urethane roll pan - part 2 - BASS VAN CHRISTMAS SPECIAL!
Today I continue working on the custom urethane roll pan for the BASS VAN! Last time we purchased the rear body kit for a 1995 Chevy Astro van since our year (1985) has been discontinued. This bumper cover is way too long, I need to shorten it. I attempt to cut it up and make a short roll pan style body kit. This will allow the sides of the body kit to transition to the shape of the rear roll pan, completing the look of the body kit.
