Acute anterior wall myocardial infarction. ECG-Sinus rhythm with QRBBB. Failed thrombolysis using Streptokinase. Killip class IV on Non-Invasive ventilation, noradrenaline and FIO2-70%. CAG: LCMA total occlusion. Primary PCI rescued.
