Noelle's Final Form - 12th floor First Half
Three single pulls on the standard banner gave me Tighnari, a debate club and Doggie Boy's last constellation. My Noelle has now ascended.
Replacing Yelan with Zhongli or Candace makes Noelle hit even harder (I've seen obscene numbers), but the current 1st half requires a bit of Hydro help to go through the second chamber.
