You can do this with the help of a few simple steps:
1. Create a big circle inside a frame.
2. Create two waves one should be darker in colour.
3. Place the waves over the circle and add mask.
4. Place the waves below the circle.
5. Duplicate the frame cover the circle with the waves.
6. Switch to prototype and connect the frames.
