✅ I can't stand
If you ‘’can’t stand it’’ means you dislike the thing in question, you hate it, you can’t bear it or you can’t handle it.

I can’t stand = I don’t like
I can’t handle = I can’t deal with something.
I can’t bear = I’m not comfortable

✅ I can't help
If you’re unable to control or stop something it means you can’t help but to do it: This can be a physical or mental action.

✅ I can't help
Can't Wait or hardly wait means to be very excited about doing something or eager for something to
happen or begin.
