Do these workplace accommodations actually work for autism?
We are told that we can ask for autism accommodations at work - but do they actually work?!
As someone with autism and someone who has been a CEO and COO in multiple organisations, how do these accommodations work from my experience on both sides of the fence?

I didn't even know I had autism until I was 41, but the struggles have been real all my life!!!
