Medieval Sword Tests 4 of 5
The fourth phase of comparative side by side sword testing on the Valiant Armory Kriegschwert, Hanwei (Tinker Pearce) Longsword and Darksword Armory Black Prince and Archers Sword.
Each sword was tested both for its thrusting and cutting capability on a suit of maille armor, with additional strikes performed on the steel helmet. Most swords had little trouble, though the Hanwei/Tinker Pearce sword did suffer a surprise (90 degree) bend to the tip.
