Edges // an original short film
Wow, it's been a long time since I've uploaded. This is a short film I made back in the summer for a contest. I didn't end up winning the contest, so now I can finally publish it. I hope you like it.
As to why I've been gone, I realized I was losing the passion and enthusiasm for YouTube. Videos seemed drab for me. The YouTube world was changing. Now we have idiots like Logan Paul filling our screens. I couldn't take it. I had to step away. The battle between originality and trending videos is something I've struggled with. Should I create something that means something to me, or should I create something that will get a lot of views? It's a question artists struggle with all the time, and I know that this won't be the end of it. I can't give up now. I can't give up on you beautiful guys and gals. I can't give up on the Spirited Family.
So please be patient with me. I'm still learning. I'm still trying to understand who I am and what I love and what I want to be. I just feel fortunate that there are some of you willing to take that journey with me.
