LDN Features proudly presents our live session with Jai Amore performing “Breakout", a heartfelt track exploring the journey from uncertainty to self-discovery. With honest and relatable lyrics, the song touches on themes of personal growth, resilience, and the desire to break free from life's pressures. Award winning singer, songwriter, record producer and performer Jai Amore has become a much loved staple of the UK’s live music community. Born and raised in Harlesden, North West London, Jai Amore began his career with a feature in the BBC documentary series “Heart of Harlesden” which chronicled the initial stages of his journey on the live music circuit. Since then he has performed at hundreds of events throughout the UK and around the world. LDN Features has also collaborated with The Good Stuff gospel group to bring their sumptuous harmonies and rich textures.
About the song:
“I wrote Breakout at a time in my career when I felt like I was totally stuck. I was lost for inspiration in my beloved industry and a lot of my community were battling the pigeon-hole experience of being a soul or R&B singer in the UK. At times when I need the most empowerment, it always comes from inside. That’s where Breakout came from. As well as my sister giving me some powerful words of encouragement, as she frequently has throughout my journey. On the other hand, I can understand why all that could go under the radar when the track is such a vibe lol. I’ve got that same beloved community of music creators to thank for that.”
