Simple yet cool lightsaber in unity in this beginner friendly unity VR Tutorial.
I'm using Oculus quest but should work on pretty much any headset out there. If you are not using the Oculus integration you only have to change the OVRInput.GetDown to whatever is correct for your interaction toolkit.
