DROVE RIGHT INTO A CHP CAR
Driving up 98th Ave from E14th toward MacArthur Blvd. The chp had it blocked off at 98th and cherry due to a shooting. I made A right turn and the car behind ne kept going and drove right into a parked with full code 3 lights on. He tried to back up but he was arrested lol ....
