Briefing:
The situation is dire the US Forces stationed on southern Saharani have been slowly overwhelmed with little to no support, because of this the Iranian Forces have captured 70% of the island thus backing the US into a corner but that is about to change.
Objective:
The 160th are being deployed to Saharani to disrupt supply lines between the enemy bases of SCL Military Compound and the Tank Garrison to the North-East and repel the enemy advance through the city of Corazol.
Operation Plan
INF will be flown in using the low fog as cover to LZ Viper, From there you will push North and set up at the ambush location marked on your map. Your target is a supply convoy moving from the North-West to the North-East. Beware of the military base just south of the ambush location, Clear it out if needed and search for any possible intel that could be used to our advantage.
In the event that this mission fails INF are to move to EXFIL BETA, if unable to reach BETA then you will need to find a place to hide until a rescue operation can be mounted.
MECH & BLACKSMITH are being deployed to the city of Corazol to prepare for the enemy push from the North, Blacksmith will have access to Mortars and HMGs. All civilians were evacuated when the island was besieged by Iran. You will have tanks and APCs at your disposal, do whatever it takes to hold that line. You will receive support from the troops already in the area.
In the event that this mission fails MECH & BLACKSMITH are to pull back from Corazol and move to Paraiso and blow up the bridges behind you to Halt the enemy advancement for a short period.
