Lesson 07 | Install Apache Kafka on Ubuntu — Complete Local Setup from Scratch
Install and run Apache Kafka 3.9.2 on Ubuntu from scratch. We install Java, download the correct Kafka binary, check the configuration files using grep, start Zookeeper, and start the Kafka Broker — all from the terminal.
By the end you will have Kafka running locally with Zookeeper on port 2181 and the Broker on port 9092.
