Failure Video 2
Second in the series. We fly from Christchurch to Auckland after the aircraft has had a double engine change.
On descent, at 3500 ft, unbeknown to me, we hit several birds and subsequently had a double IRS failure.
Recovery was achieved and the ILS landing was still maintained.
