California Halibuts in April 2013
Either SB are not around or I do not know what I am doing. I have not seen any SB lately despite of my effort to dive 5 to 7 dives a week. It is more like the later reason why I cannot find them. Anyway, our sport around this time of year is always productive with halibuts. After looking for SB for 2 hours or so, I always check the shallow to see if I can find a hali or two. They are more likely there when the water is murkier. Anyway, my streaks of not seeing SB is like 20 dives or more now, but I still enjoy hunting and eating halibuts!
