Update: I checked The Backstage Pass Cars list and it has been updated (Got the Escalade and the 2020 Shelby GT500, though no Quartz Regalia) and you still can't buy more than one Backstage Pass in the Forzathon Shop, you have to wait a week again to buy another one.
