like i said in the video in older versions this can also occur because one of your saves does not have a thumbnail image
if ur having a similar issue in a version below tu60 try to copy a thumbnail image from another save and put it in any save folder that has no thumbnail image in it

.downgrade to a title update older than tu60
.load this tu in xenia (should boot fine)
.go into world select and delete (or load and save) all saves without a thumbnail image
.reinstall whatever TU you want that is after TU60
