ARCH 230 - Reducing file size with PDF and dpi settings
This tutorial explains how to create PDF files that are smaller while still being reasonably high quality. I describe the different Acrobat settings for reducing and optimizing images, then I talk about Photoshop settings for image size and dots per inch (dpi). Last, I briefly review how vector-based images, such as those from Illustrator, relate to PDF and file size.
