use phoenix dive/heat rises to rain down volley's while in the air. phoenix dive to get resto x2 bonus when the volley hits, while also extending heat rises. another way to get x2 resto for free.

yes, in activities that have overcharged applied. overcharged weapon surges from the artifact do stack with armor surge mods. (boots or x4 from battle harmony) though boots and x4 from battle harmony's perk do not stack with each other.
