Dough with mayonnaise for cabbage pies))
Good evening everyone! I bought some cabbage and made a dough with water and mayonnaise – I like this mixture; they don't add eggs. I fried the cabbage and the pies are ready! I forgot I was going to make baking powder today 🤦 Well, that's just my style 🙆 Oh well... I'll try not to forget tomorrow.
Pie dough:
300 ml warm water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
+- 500 grams of flour.
