Fumbled a bit in this one, which is mad because It's a pretty easy stage,
Stage: Battle of Shizugatake - Hashiba Forces (Free Mode Stage)
Difficulty: Hell (修羅)
Every Rare weapon in this game requires that you complete all 4 of the tactical bonuses in a stage
Requirements (In order that I would recommend)
1. Defeat Guard Captain without your health ever going into the red
2. Defeat Tomochika Kitabatake within 5 mins
3. Defeat Katsuteru Menju with an Ultimate Musou Attack
4. Defeat Hideaki Tokuyama with a combo count of 50 or more
Tips: Just play the stage as you normally would, but don't use the C5 attack, it is utter garbage
