Jamming Hatebreed while locked down with Covid Live Stream Clip
The Wednesday Night Live Stream was a blast!
I didn't go public with this earlier in the week but, after an amazing weekend with family & friends I had 'that feeling' where I felt like I might be getting sick. We all know that 'feeling' So, I took some Nyquil & passed out for the night.
The next day, I couldn't tell if I was sore from a new workout program I am 6 weeks into or if it was the 'flu like aches & pains'. Nevertheless, I did my work out & 3 mile walk (FYI I am down 10lbs 😉 ) When I walked in the door, I decided to take a COVID test & to my surprise, I tested + just 1 week after my 1 yr anniversary of coming home from the hospital fighting COVID for my life 🙁
I was thankful to find that I did not have a fever so, I rested & quarantined in my studio. I am now Day 4 into this & THANKFULLY, NO fever, NO headaches. Some aches & pains, chills & sweats but NO fever this time. Except for my burning fever to hear more cowbell 😉
I still managed to get a workout in & walking everyday & the symptoms are diminishing quickly.
I started a fun thing last week during my LIVE STREAMS called "SPIN THE WHEEL" where viewers can ask me to spin the wheel filled with different categories in which the wheel decides where the stream will take us with the help of the 'Chat Room'
Last night, for the final hour of the Live Stream, I was asked to call up "Spin the Wheel" & we hit "Bring the Metal" category.
I chose some Hatebreed because I was bummed that I could not make the 'Perserverence' Tour just 45 Minutes away from me in Elmira NY the night before.
As much as I wanted to go, I was not going to take the chance of contaminating anyone else as I explain in this video clip. I am just thankful that I am quarantined in my home studio & not a hopsital like last year! (The antibodies must be working 😉 )
Anyway to end this on a positive note, I feel much better today aside from a runny nose & congestion.
