Giuseppe Verdi - Triumphal March (Marcia Trionfale), from Aïda, Act II

Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi composed Aida, including Triumphal March (Marcia Trionfale), in 1870-71. Also known as Martsang Pandangál in the Philippines, played often at graduations and even influencing the Philippine National Anthem (according to its composer Julián Felipe).

Also used in the background of many popular football chants, Verdi's Triumphal March has become one of the most anthemic opera pieces of all time.

Triumphal March (Marcia Trionfale) is a grand orchestral piece marked by blazing trumpets and majestic rhythms, becoming one of the most iconic and recognizable triumphal marches in operatic history.
