3 things to help you keep promises to yourself and get stuff done

I can't seem to keep any promises to myself, what do I do? 😣😣😣😣😣

Be honest, you bargain, you compromise you try as hard as you can to follow through on the promises that you try to hold to yourself and it does not seem to work. Some of these promises involve working out every morning, batching the crap out of your content on Wednesdays, or show up on IG TV live every other day.

1. Ask yourself, is this something that is REALLY going to propel me forward in building my authentic self and/or business? For the longest time I believed that if it worked for someone else it would work for me. What I failed to consider was - does this tactic ACTUALLY align with who I am and how I want to run my business?
2. Make a written list and keep it next to you ALLLLL day. - Write it down, keep it next to you so when you've got a wandering eye you'll remind yourself the to - do's.
3. Turn into a baby step or as I like to call it a building step. Let's take working out every morning and turn it into a baby or building step, what about ....lay out my workout clothes everyday for a week. Then put on my workout clothes in the morning everyday for a week. Then workout for 7 minutes everyday for a week. Then workout for 15 minutes everyday for a week and so forth.
