Companies, research laboratories, top-level engineering colleges and universities, technical centers and competitiveness clusters belonging to the Nord-Pas de Calais, West Flanders and Wallonia, gathered together in the Tandem project (Interreg IV A FWV) to form a unique network in Europe.
