FIX for GTA5 Mods with BattlEye Launcher - Error dinput8.dll
Download/Update launcher:

This does not resolve issues of version incompatibility between mods or incorrect installation of mods.

Remove "GTA5_BE.exe" from the game's main folder
Launch the game
When the launcher pops up saying about missing files just
click on [Retry] button.
To play online, reactivate BattlEye and remove all mods.
