For those who love the technical nitty gritty, you've come to the right place. This virtual reality project used the Oculus Quest streaming a desktop VR application that was created in Unity. NDI was the protocol for getting all the video streams low enough latency to myself and a combination of Python and OpenCV was used to get detect the movement in the networked cameras.
It's quite the mess but it is a beautiful one too. Can I survive within my networked CCTV surveillance setup in my own home? Probably otherwise the ending to the video would be a little bit tragic.
