ATAguard: Multi-Cloud Disaster Recovery Solution
ATAguard is an automated disaster recovery (DR) solution which enables protection and recovery of servers and applications through standard IP connections. It is the only solution with the ability to failback to any physical, virtual or cloud environment, not just the original server location. The platform leverages proven replication technology to work on all physical, virtual and cloud machines across Windows and Linux with enterprise applications including SAP, Oracle and SQL use cases. ATAguard launches with support for AWS today, and additional platforms including Google Cloud Platform slated for support in the coming weeks.
ATAguard is integrated with ATAsphere, the company’s flagship borderless automation platform for managing, mapping and migrating any combination of enterprise workloads across hybrid IT and cloud, but now includes an enterprise class DR point solution for the public cloud. It is managed through ATAsphere’s central console and can be used in conjunction with ATADATA’s highly regarded discovery module, ATAvision, which allows for automatic creation of affinity-based protection groups so that when a failover occurs, all of the servers that make up the application stack are included, and not just the one failed instance.
