Its a premier plugin, leaked by other plugin users on youtube. It has been leaked many times, but i recommend to use the

Its pretty confusing to setup, so I describe brefly how to setup it, it has some bugs such as it don't load, so i prefer to use 1.8.8 spigot for the best performance and use 2 GB ram atleast on your server to prevent lagg.
