"Cannot sign in to Microsoft Teams" on a Microsoft Teams Room device
In this video, I will show you how to check if the Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) account is set up correctly for the MTR device. It must not have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, it will support basic or modern authentication. We simply test the account in a web browser on the actual device as that will also prove if the network connection has the correct access rights to Microsoft Teams.
