"What a blessing"- Your help has arrived after Hurricane Beryl!

TEXAS – Operation Blessing is on the ground in hard-hit Brazoria, Texas after Hurricane Beryl devastated the eastern part of the state.
We spoke with Pastor Gregory of First Baptist Church of Brazoria. He said, "Part of our concern has been people sitting in a hot home with no power, no water. And we've been under a heat advisory now, every day. It's been well up into the 90s with humidity about 100%."
Downed trees litter the city and nearby areas, and many are suffering without power during sweltering heat.
Thanks to the support of friends like you, Operation Blessing has set up the base of operations at First Baptist in order to feed families hot meals from our food truck.
Pastor Gregory said, "It's been a great blessing, and just having a partner. You know, someone to come and say, 'Hey, we're just here to serve and minister.' I can't tell you, what a blessing that is."
We've begun feeding families while preparing to coordinate volunteers to help with debris removal for those in need--as well as supporting cooling centers with water and ice for hot residents.
