Suncraft Senzo Black series is truly amazing Japanese knives.

Beautiful looking Suncraft Senzo Black series with 33 layers of damascus steel and VG10 steel as core. Fantastic octagonal handle made from brown and black pakkawood, with white ring. It is just a BOMB!! :D
Cutting edge is about 15-18 degree, which gives a perfect cut.
Knives very light in weight, only 80-150gr, which gives a comfortable feeling during long working shifts, and your arms does not get tired.
VG10 steel is easy to maintain and sharpen. It does not get rusty, but it does not mean, that you have to skip BASIC CARE, like washing and drying out the knife after each use and others.
