On January 10, 2026, a Piper PA-31-325 Navajo C/R (N325FA) operated by TVPX Aircraft Solutions crashed shortly after takeoff from Juan José Rondón Airport in Colombia. The aircraft was scheduled to fly to Medellín-Enrique Olaya Herrera Airport in the same country. The aircraft was destroyed in the accident, and all six people on board, including Yeison Jiménez, were killed.
