Anais Fournier died at the age of fourteen. She drank two cans of Monster energy over two days. The caffeine aggravated an underlying heart condition which led to her death. The FDA does not regulate the levels of caffeine in these beverages. Should energy drink makers be required to do further testing on their products? Should the FDA be allowed to regulate them?
