"Onward Christian Soldiers!" - by Gospel accordionist Arnie Hartman
Known as America's outstanding Gospel accordionist, Arnie Hartman is a master musician & plays his instrument with ease & authority. His arrangements are interesting & colorful. This is a great demonstration of Arnie's great virtuosity on his instrument & arrangement style. Take a special note of his brilliant bass technique. He actually walked away from a spectacular professional career when he was converted to Christianity in 1949. Of course, we Christian soldiers don't fight our battles with conventional weapons of war (as some wrongly teach), but our battle is a spiritual one using the truth of Holy Scriptures, good deeds & a clean life.
