Applicable to many other cameras as well! Cinematic Canon EOS R slow motion should be shot at 60 FPS This allows the highest frame rate and best quality out of the EOS R. There is a 120 frames per second option but it only shoots in 720p with a crop. It can be used in some situation but for the most part 60 FPS will give the best quality and most cinematic results using the EOS R.

In this tutorial I will be cover how to shoot the footage. Best settings for the Canon EOS R to get great quality slow motion. Then we will take it to the computer and walk you through how I edited three clips to create the cinematic look that is so awesome!
