Ethical Confinement Free Pastured Chicken
We've all heard you are what you eat...if you eat crappy factory-farmed food it will negatively affect your health. We have been taught to take everything we have for granted, does anyone actually know where your chicken comes from? Do you know why it's so cheap? Go take a walk on a factory farm and I promise you won't want to eat that meat anymore (they actually won't let you in because they know what the reaction will be). Our chickens are pasture raised they are healthy enough to even be able to move and get more nutrition from the land. Everyone knows free-range eggs taste better. most meat chickens are bred to reach full maturity in 6 weeks, they grow so fast that they can hardly move. Even without hormones, they are very sickly birds. Our big red boilers Are healthy enough to be able to free-range and live a full life, we grow ours out to 12 weeks. Growing them twice as long uses twice as much resources and time so, realistically you would expect them to cost more than the factory-farmed alternative. The life of your food matters. If you want to live a healthy life buy healthy food...you are what you eat...eat ethically.
