Autoptimize is one of my favorite WordPress Speed Optimization plugins. It's free, it's well maintained with excellent support and they are very quick to fix issues. In this video, the plugin is covered top to bottom with suggestions to avoid causing your cache size from getting too large, and recommended settings for your website to load quickly and without issues.
