Tiger Moments (Two) (Close encounters of the nervous kind!)
I'd misplaced these tapes from 2003 at Bandhavgarh.
Mother & 3 sub adult cubs with the remains of a Sambar Deer.
Taken from the back of an elephant, two of the tigers decide to climb a rock to take a closer look at our elephant. A nervous moment for my wife & I as we were less than three metres from the rock!
We crash through bamboo tracking the cubs in the last minutes of the tape as they respond to her calls the following morning, a fresh kill.
