For ~12 pieces (~500g):
- 250g apples (already peeled)
- 80g raisins
- 60g sugar
- 100g semolina
- 130g flour
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for ~25-30 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
